East Shores is a gated community on Garner Lake. The rear entry gate will automatically open Monday thru Saturday 8 to 4. Pull up close to the rear entry gate and it will open. The rear entry gate will be closed on Sundays. The front gate is always closed.

Someone will be at the front gate entrance of the East Shores subdivision on Canada Road 10 to 12 on auction day Saturday, March 1 and on Sunday 2/17 and Sunday 2/24 from 2 to 4 PM for open house/inspection.

To get to the rear entry gate from Summer Avenue (Hwy70) go South on Seed Tick (first road past Canada Road) past Cool Springs subdivision main entrance and past next street and the next right (unmarked-no sign) is the rear gate to East Shores subdivision. Stay on this road to 4143 Loch Meade Drive.

5% Buyers premium applies.

A $25,000 bid deposit/earnest money of which $10,000 must be in the form of a cashiers check made payable to Memphis Auction and Realty is due on the day of the auction immediately upon seller confirmation of the winning bid. The $25,000 bid deposit will be forfeited by the buyer if the buyer defaults on the sales contract.

Seller is selling the real estate at auction subject to seller confirmation AS IS with no contingencies for buyer obtaining financing, inspecting the property after the auction or any other contingencies of any kind.
