Jerry Chism (TAL 5879), our owner, is a graduate of the Christian Brothers University School of Engineering and the University of Arkansas graduate school of business. He was also selected to attend the Southwestern College (now Rhodes) Executive Leadership program. Jerry attended the Nashville Auction School and is a graduate of Missouri Auction School, the "Harvard School of Auctioneering".

Jerry is a licensed real estate broker with over twenty years of experience. Jerry is a licensed general contractor and has coordinated new construction and improvements valued at millions of dollars in homes, offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, etc. As an engineering manager he has designed, purchased and sold millions of dollars worth of manufacturing machinery of almost every type.

His education in and knowledge of real estate, machinery and equipment etc. has prepared him well for the auction industry.

Keith Moore, auctioneer (TAL 5179 and MS 259)
Keith Moore is an auctioneer associated with Memphis Auction & Realty. Keith has over twenty years experience in the auction field. He worked for one of the largest firms in the mid south for many years.

Keith has sold at auction almost every kind of equipment and merchandise. Over the years the auction proceeds for his sellers has totaled in the millions of dollars. Thousands of satisfied buyers have participated in sales where he worked as the auctioneer. He has the knowledge and experience to prepare the marketing plan, organize the sale, and conduct the auction that will result in a successful sale for sellers and buyers.
